I completed my undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University, masters degree at George Washington University and my life coaching degree at the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching.

As someone who suffered with anxiety issues throughout her life, I have made it my mission to tackle anxiety and break free of it. It's why being a therapist is so important to me.
