We do not accept insurance. We do accept HSA and FSA cards as payment for sessions. I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means your insurance company may reimburse a portion of your costs if you file a claim yourself.

Yes! Currently I am offering in-session or telehealth sessions to anyone living in Tennessee. My clients and I have become fans of telehealth over the past few years after realizing its benefits - Telehealth eliminates the need for travel, saving you time and energy. You can attend therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or any location that is convenient for you. This flexibility allows for easier scheduling and reduces barriers to accessing therapy.
I conduct weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions where we will focus on identifying your stressors and emotions that are not having you live the life you want to live. Currently I am offering in-person and telehealth sessions to anyone living in Tennessee.
